PLEASE DO NOT PARK BLOCKING THE RAMPS, DRIVEWAYS, ETC. SO THE BAND'S EQUIPMENT MAY BE MOVED, TRUCKS LOADED AND BUSES MOVED FOR PRACTICES AND ON COMPETITION DAYS/NIGHTS!!! THANKS...

  • A written note must be submitted to the band director PRIOR to any trip – not the day of departure - if your child will not be traveling back with the band after an event.

  • Any prescription medicine required for a child needs to be in a clearly marked container and delivered to Sherry Holcomb (FMHS) or Jefflyn Covington (NFHS), our chaperone leaders.

  • Please SLOW DOWN and drive with EXTREME CAUTION when driving in the parking lots - it is dark and the students may be practicing or moving equipment.

  • Please remember when making payments, write your child’s name, school and what the payment is for on the check and/or envelop. Payments should ONLY be placed in the US mail or in the mailbox in either of the band director’s office.

  • Question about your students OUTSTANDING BALANCE or need an UPDATED STATEMENT? Please contact Kathy Krieger who handles all the billing and student accounts for the two high schools and 3 middle schools.

  • All students need to have a completed HEALTH FORM - can be found on the band’s website under forms. Please be sure to list all medical information including ANY allergies or other health issues/concerns that our chaperones and band directors need to be aware of.

  • If you are interested in ASSISTING any committee, please contact the committee chairperson, President or Vice-President.
