Pancake Fundraiser Saturday 11/13
TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE NOW Hopefully you have now sold your initial four tickets to the Pancake Breakfast scheduled for Nov 13th. Place your re-order now so you can have them with you when you go to church this weekend or when you visit your family for lunch on Sunday. Maybe you have some grocery shopping to do this weekend? Keep a supply of tickets with you so you can sell right on the spot. Order now so they can be delivered to your student on Friday. Remember, last day to turn in pre-sale tickets is Wednesday, November 9.
There's a need for additional instruments as we have more students than the school supplied instrument. We also have instruments that are in need of upgrading. Help us keep our fees to an affordable level. Participating in all our fundraisers will help with this. And as Alton Brown might say "FMHS Fundraiser Pancakes are Good Eats!".
EVENT INFORMATION Fort Mill High School is hosting a Pancake Fundraiser on November 13 at Towne Tavern (2000 Hwy 160W #110) in Fort Mill, SC from 7 am until 10:30 am - two seating times 1) 7 am-9am and 2) 9 am-10:30am - and we need your help. Your child will receive an envelope on Monday November 1st containing four tickets to the Pancake Breakfast and a guideline sheet explaining how to sell the tickets and receive credit to your band account. More tickets are available by contacting Denise Colton at: denisecolton@mail.com or calling 803 548 6905 (please leave a message). Specify the seating time if you have a preference.
We have a need for 9 more volunteers to work the fundraiser on the 13th. Volunteer time is from 6:30am - 11:00am (or until we finish cleaning up). Please contact Denise Colton (email above) if you can help. If you signed up at the booster club meeting, thank you and you do not need to sign up again.
Assuming enough tickets are sold, points will be awarded as follows: 1 pt per ticket sold and 1 pt per volunteer hour to your student's account. Remember, in addition to this, the booster club will earn revenue which helps all of us by keeping our fees as affordable as possible and keeping the music program running as efficiently as possible.
Thank you, in advance, and Sell, Sell, Sell. Pre-sale tickets MUST be turned in by November 9th at the latest! Otherwise, you can direct your customers to purchase tickets at the door but these will not be credited toward a student account and will go fully to Fort Mill High School Band.
