Volunteers & Food Donations Needed for Region Band

 

As Region Band fast approaches, we are in need of volunteers and food donations!!! Please look at the areas we need to fill and email Laura Thompson (laurathompson_nc@ymail.com) or Julie Howren (jhowren@comporium.net) and let us know how you can help!!!

 

Concessions: (need one person per shift)

Friday     8:30 Setup

10:30am - 1:30pm

2:30pm - 4:30pm

4:30pm - 6:30pm

6:30pm - Clean Up

 

Saturday 8:30 Setup

10:30am - 1:30pm

2:30pm - 4:30pm

4:30pm - 6:30pm

6:30pm - Clean Up

 

Hospitality: (need one person per shift)

Friday     8:00am - 9:00am Set Up

9:00am - 12:30pm

2:30pm - 5:30pm Clean up for next day

 

Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am Set Up

9:00am - 11:00am

1:00pm - 3:30pm Clean up

 

T-Shirt Sales: (need one person per shift)

Saturday 12pm - Close (around 3:30pm)

 

Oyster Roast Tickets: (need one person per shift)

Saturday 12pm - Close (around 3:30pm)

 

 

FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED FOR HOSPITALITY ROOM:

Friday & Saturday Mornings:

(2) Trays of Danishes/Sweet Rolls/Pastries

(2) Trays of Finger Foods (Sausage Balls, Mini Quiches, Etc)

(1) Large Tray Fresh Cut Fruit

(1) Large Orange Juice

 

Friday & Saturday Afternoons:            

(2) Trays of Cookies/Brownies

(3) Trays of Finger Foods (wings, cocktail weenies, deviled eggs, etc.)

(1) Tray Cut Veggies with Dip

(2) Sweet Tea

(1) Cheese & Cracker Tray
