There will be an Oyster Roast Volunteer meeting tonight (Wednesday 12/2) at 7 PM at the Chicken Shack in Fort Mill. This is not a mandatory meeting but we will be working out our final details for this Saturday’s event. We still have a few volunteer spaces open if anyone would like to sign up – see link below for openings.

 

As for the Saturday schedule, we will designate key area personnel to be at the field trial barn starting at 3 PM. All other volunteers do not need to be there until 4 PM. There's not a lot we have to do to set up other than moving chairs & tables out, etc.
