This week, we have only one concert to work which is our last concert for June and our last concert until July 9th.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Due to poor estimated ticket sales for several concerts, Aramark has scaled back their concessions sales which means we will NOT be opening our concession stands for two concerts - one in late June and one in early July. How will this impact us? We have less opportunity to raise money at Verizon so it is extremely important that when we have the opportunity to open our concessions, we make the most of our opportunity and open as many windows as we can. This will help ensure we maximize our earnings in order to continue to keep our band fees down and provide our children with the opportunity to achieve their goals this upcoming school year.

• Friday, June 12th - Nine Inch Nails - Setup/Prep begins at 4:00, Gates at 6:00 pm, Concert at 7:30 pm - Parking is in Lot F.  Another Friday night concert so for those that can't help during the week, here is another opportunity to assist!!!

Special info for Friday -

• During this Friday's concert - Nine Inch Nails, we will be having a site visit from executive's with Live Nation including Roger's boss Kevin Kearney. We will be visiting each POS location and may or may not make contact with members of your organization with questions on the location. PLEASE make sure everyone is prepared and organized within your organization from the moment gates open at 6pm.

• ARAMARK Clothing Policy - NO JEANS of any type are permitted to be worn by non-profit organization group members working at this facility. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. The clothing policy is simple- Blue, Black or Kaki pants or shorts. Any future violations will result in the removal of the member from the concession stand.
