The South Carolina State Concert Festival, hosted by South Carolina Band Directors Association (SCBDA), is now upon us which brings an opportunity for the students of the Fort Mill School District to show off their musical talents. Please feel free to attend the concerts since the students love to see parents and supporters in the crowd rather than just the few judges. if you are planning to attend, please arrive a few minutes early in order to not miss the performance. The schedule is as follows:

Nation Ford High School

• Wednesday, April 1 - South Pointe High School  ask student about time and schedule for the day

Fort Mill High School

• Thursday, April 2 - South Pointe High School

South Pointe High School Information

• Address - 801 Neely Road  Rock Hill, SC 29730

• Directions from Charlotte -

  Take Interstate 77 to Exit 73 (Hwy. 901).

  Turn right off the exit ramp.

  Travel approximately 3 miles and turn left at the first traffic light (Highway 72).

  Travel for approximately 1 mile. Along the way you will pass a Sunoco gas station on the right. You will see a green traffic sign directing you to South Pointe.

  Veer right on Rawlsville Road. A green traffic sign will point the direction.

  Travel to the end of Rawlsville Road (approximately 1 mile).

  Turn left.

  The school will be visible at that point.
