Congratulations to the Fort Mill HS Band and the Nation Ford HS Band for both receiving the 2007-2008 OPA Award (Outstanding Performance Award) that is presented each year by the South Carolina Band Directors Association. The high schools from our school district are two of a total of only 34 high schools across the state that received this award.

Also, congratulations to the Fort Mill Middle School and Springfield Middle School for also earning the 2007-2008 OPA Award.
