Spring Fundraiser

The Fort Mill District Band Booster Club spring fundraiser event – oyster roast and silent auction - is scheduled for Saturday, March 1st at the Greenway Field Trial Barn. It is now time to start asking for help to make this event a success. We are looking for volunteers to head up the following items:

  • Silent Auction

  • Publicity

  • Ticket Sales

  • Cooking – assisting Jamie Medlin

  • Beverage and other food sales (hot dogs and or stew for non-oyster eaters)

Other items needed:

  • Heavy cardboard trash boxes to put the plywood on – they will serve as table legs as well as trash cans

  • Volunteers to help at the day of the event This is a great opportunity to raise money for the band programs of both high schools.

  • Silent auction items
