Now that the York County Band Exhibition is completed, it is now time to get ready for the BOA Fall Preview Experience. The event has now grown to 19 participating bands which means this is the biggest Bands of America Fall Preview Experience this marching band season. • 12:45 pm – Gates Open for Afternoon Performances
• 1:15 pm – Afternoon Performances Begin
• 2:00 pm – Nation Ford HS Performance
• 3:45 pm – Coastal Carolina University Performance
• 4:00 pm – Afternoon Performances Conclude
• 6:45 pm – Gates Open for Evening Performances
• 7:30 pm – National Anthem by Coastal Carolina University
• 7:45 pm – Afternoon Performances Begin
• 9:45 pm – Fort Mill HS Performance
• 10:00 pm – Evening Performances Conclude

If you have yet to volunteer (and we could still use assistance) or don’t know you job assignment or time of arrival, please contact Julia Harris via email at Julie.harris@wachovia.com or via phone at 803-548-2178.  We have attempted to assign all FMHS volunteers to the afternoon session and all NFHS volunteers to the evening session to allow everyone to see their student perform as well as accommodate the chaperones, pit crew, uniform helpers, etc. for each high school.
