The latest monthly student account statements were mailed last week with the January newsletter. All payments (marching band fees, marching accessories, Hawaii, guard and percussion) can be mailed to the Blue and Gold Band Club, P.O. Box 611, Fort Mill, SC 29716 or dropped off in the mailbox in Mr. Dickey's office. Please remember to note on your check/envelop your child's name and what the payment is for.  

Hawaii – All tagalongs for the Hawaii trip should be paid in full at this time. If you have any remaining balance due, please return payment now. Students have one remaining payment due February 15^th. There is the potential of some slots for the trip coming available so if anyone is still interested in going to Hawaii, please contact Kathy Krieger immediately!!! Information sessions and details (exact travel dates/times, hotel info, etc.) about the trip will be available and communicated in February. 

Reminder – Per the B&GBC by-laws and procedures, any payment received or student points earned are applied to outstanding charges by due date prior to being applied to any non-mandatory band trip. A copy of the fee schedule is in the newsletter!!!
