Is the band logo included in the price of the item?
Yes all items include the NF Band logo.

Can I have an item personalized?
Currently only band bags and cinch bags can be personalized.

How much is it to personalize a band bag or cinch bag?
Bags can be personalized for $8.  Add any personalization requests to the "Notes" section of your order form and it will be added on to the invoice.

How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on whether the vendor has the item in stock, a fair estimate is TWO WEEKS after the order is paid for.

Why can’t I “cash and carry” the items I see when the band store is open after practice?
To keep the band operating costs low, we choose not to “stock” items of clothing. We do, however, occasionally have hats or visors on hand to be sold and taken right then.

I don’t see the pit crew shirt on the web site, is it for pit crew only?
No, this shirt is the official shirt worn by the pit crew, however, anyone can purchase it! As soon as a photo is available, this item will be displayed on the site.  Pit crew shirts can still be ordered through the order form.

Do I need to use special washing instructions for embroidered items?
No. Polyester thread is used in all embroidery. Use the washing instructions inside the garment OR wash in cold to prevent fading of the black over time.

Are we required to purchase a band bag?
No. The band bag is a convenient option. It is a great place to put your clothes during away competitions, while in uniform. The separate wet shoe compartment is very convenient if your shoes, personal or Dinkles, are wet.

Can I see a sample of the band store items?
Sure! Just get with Julianne Best and arrange a convenient time for you to meet
