Reality dictates our band program must have a continuous flow of resources in order for us to provide services for our students. We have partnered with a company - Monk’s Groovy Beans - whose fundraising model truly treads on “uncommon ground”.

Monk’s Groovy Beans is a company dedicated to support non-profits all over the United States through its sales of Micro-Roasted Specialty Coffee beans. A portion of your purchase of these beans will be directed to our organization. You get incredible coffee and simultaneously, you direct resources back to our band program, therefore allowing us to focus our energies on providing services.

You can participate in the following ways:

1. The Good Karma Partnership Programs: Through these monthly programs of either 2, 3, or 4 bags of beans per month, you can support our non-profit with a steady flow of resources.  By participating in the Good Karma Partnership Program, a bonus donation equal to the 100% of the 1^st month’s sale price will come directly back to our organization. For every month after, Monk’s will give 20% of the sale price back to our organization.

2. Single Purchases: You can make a single purchase of Monk’s Specialty Coffee beans. 20% of the retail price from this sale flows directly back to our organization.

You get top notch coffee. All of Monk’s beans are Certified Organic, Fair Trade, and Micro-roasted in small batches. Your beans are shipped within 1 week of roasting, ensuring freshness and quality.

NOTE: Since Monk’s is roasted and packaged in the Fort Mill area, if you wish to save on shipping charges, you can have your coffee delivered free of charge. Available only to those living in 29715 and 29708 zip codes - enter “local” in the discount code box.

Participation is Simple:

1. Go to www.monksgroovybeans.com (will open in a new window) and read information about the four different blends of beans you can choose from:  Sunrise Salute, Monk’s MoJo, Bold and Beautiful, Chillin’ Brew Decaf.

2. If you would like to participate, simply choose one of the Good Karma Partnership Programs or single purchase option. As we have already partnered with Monk’s through its website, be sure to choose our organization when you sign up to assure your generous gift gets back to us.

3. As you proceed through the checkout, in the “referred by” field, be sure to indicate the name of the student who referred you to Monk’s. This will insure that the student receives credit for their referral.

You don’t have to be a coffee drinker to support our non-profit through this program. You can gift the memberships to family, friends, or colleagues.
